Bliss balls are great! They’re a healthier alternative to overly processed, refined sugar packed snacks if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.
These are really easy to make, keeps well and compact so you can take them with you pretty much anywhere as an on-the-go snack. I hope you like!

Vegan Chocolate, Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
1 1/2 cups dry, pitted dates
1/2 Almonds
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pure cocoa powder (plus extra for rolling)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut threads (plus extra for rolling)
1. Soak dry dates and almonds in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until all bound together.
3. Take teaspoons of the processed mixture and roll into balls.
4. Roll in coconut threads and/or cocoa powder.
